Sponsoring What? Are You A Leader?

new10k.jpgSerious about establishing a consistent income online means
taking a fresh approach to the sponsoring actions you currently
employ that  may not be working.

How you look at what you are doing online is paramount to
making all dreams a reality – yours or your subscribers.

Tons of Traffic Exchange [TE] users do not connect with their
new signups. Hundreds of new subscribers fail to connect with
their sponsors.

Leadership Sponsoring

Both of these people are practicing losers. They fail to see
that sponsoring is a responsibility to help that new person
grab the star they are reaching for.

No one can run your business like you can. BUT everyone has a
need and someone has an answer. Is that you who is abandoning
their new people?

Team Building

You need to expand on who you are online. To do that you need
to be building a team of like-minded people. There is strength
in numbers and there is nothing more exciting than to help a
fellow member grow.

Being a support sponsor BEHIND the sponsor who may not be
connecting with his people is a plus to hungry minds stuck with
dead leadership.  That IS the power of a team. Even when you
have a good sponsor, sometimes the insights of a fellow team
member can boost your energy and excitement to keep on going.
Being a good sponsor does not mean you have to know everything.

The right mindset means income. The wrong mindset leads
ultimately to your failure and that of your team. Bad karma.

Active Sponsors and members

When someone wins the contests consistently. When someone is
in the commission bracket you want, then if they are a good
leader, they will help you get there too. Again the power of
a team shines through.

Are you consistent in your contact with your downline members?

There is a tendency for some sponsors to back off once they
build a bit of a list. Check member active states. What does
that tell you?

Connect Connect Connect

If mailing them ONCE a week is a problem, then think again
because you need daily contact with them. NOT to sell or always
have some major thing to share, but simply to offer your help
with something new going on or just be there.

Stop the hopscotching! Stay where you are and be a builder of
a super great team that will position all of you into five-figure

Are you committed to your own success? Some succeed because
they are destined to, but most succeed because they are
determined to.

Don’t forget to post your comments, come on back with your
results. What you share positions you with a very wide world of
Internet prospects.

I’m ready to see some postive feedback from members that actually follow this advice.

You sure hit the nail on the head about the hopscotching!
